Greek Turkey Burgers

inspired by Greek flavors, our grilled Greek Turkey Burger is juicy, moist and pretty much a salad on a burger.

Olive Oil

Ingredients

Dill

Oregano

Tomato

Feta

Cucumber

Turkey

Greek Yogurt

Red Onion

Lemon

Burger Bun

Garlic

Kalamata Olives

Make a quick tzatziki sauce by mixing grated and strained cucumber, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, dill, and salt.

For the meat mixture, combine ground turkey, garlic, oregano, red onion, olives, salt and pepper, then form into burger patties.

Grill the Greek burgers on your BBQ for five minutes per side, until cooked through at an internal temperature of 165° F.
