A base of homemade big mac sauce, juicy ground beef, stringy cheese, sesame seeds and all the classic toppings like pickles, onions and lettuce.
Mix mayo, pickles, onions, mustard, pickle brine, ketchup, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Stretch the dough until you have about a 12-inch round.
Spoon 6 tablespoons of Big Mac sauce onto the center of the dough and spread over the dough.
Spread the beef out in a hot skillet. Sear until the beef browns. Season with salt and set aside.
Top with mozzarella, half the ground beef and cheddar cheese. Sprinkle crust with sesame seeds.
Bake for 5-8 minutes until the cheese has melted and the crust has risen and browned.
Top with lettuce, pickle slices, and onion. Drizzle with Big Mac Sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
