Oven Baked French Fries

Russet Potatoes

Chives

Olive Oil

Ingredients

Cut potatoes into quarter-inch sticks

Place potatoes in a pot, cover with water, add salt and bring to a boil for 3 minutes.

Drain the potatoes, place on a clean towel and pat dry.

Toss potatoes with olive oil and salt, then bake at 350° f for 30 minutes.

Season your oven baked french fries with salt and chives.

Serve with mayo and ketchup.
