Sweet, tart, and incredibly satisfying, our Ricotta Toast with Cherries, Walnuts and a drizzle of Honey is a versatile breakfast that can easily be revamped by simply switching up the toppings or the bread.
Meanwhile, use the side of a knife to crush the cherries to loosen the pits. Discard the pits and cut or tear the cherries in half.
Once the toast is done, spread a generous dollop of ricotta cheese on top and spread out evenly. Top with a handful of cherries, then drizzle with honey and sprinkle with walnuts.
